Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Upon purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount, including any recurring subscription fees.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for a refund review, the user must provide documentation demonstrating that the software was installed and utilized in accordance with the onboarding guide, including screenshots of setup completion and usage attempts. If you are unsatisfied with our system and have documented the usage as specified, we will work with you to help improve results. In some cases, we may issue a refund after thorough review.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting FindBetterTrades support at support@FindBetterTrades.com constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, FindBetterTrades reserves the right to immediately and permanently revoke access to all current and future products, services, and accounts associated with the user, and to pursue recovery of all costs incurred, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and the original transaction amount.

4. Refund Policy for Software/Course Products & Services

At FindBetterTrades, we are committed to providing high-quality trading tools, indicators, and educational materials. We understand that every trader has unique needs, and we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Software and Course Products: When you purchase any software, indicators, or course from FindBetterTrades (collectively referred to as “Software” or “Course”), you will have 7 days from the date of purchase to review the product and request a cancellation or refund.

Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary software, which includes confidential code and materials, refunds are only available during this 7-day onboarding period. This period allows you to:

Review the accompanying training and installation materials.

Complete the setup and confirm the software’s compatibility with your system.

Gain full access to the service and verify its functionality.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must contact our Customer Support team within the 7-day period and provide relevant details regarding your purchase and any issues encountered. The email to contact is support@findbettertrades.com.

Refund requests made beyond the 7-day window are not eligible, as access to proprietary content cannot be undone once it is delivered. After the onboarding period, all purchases are considered final.

Important Notes: The Software provided by FindBetterTrades is confidential and proprietary. Sharing, duplicating, or redistributing the code or material outside of your purchase is strictly prohibited. If a refund is granted within the 7-day period, access to the Software or Course will be terminated.

5. Software License and Restrictions

License Grant: All software, indicators, scripts, and digital tools provided by FindBetterTrades are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial trading activities. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, algorithms, logic, or intellectual property to you.

Prohibited Activities: You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying logic of any Software provided by FindBetterTrades.

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party.

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.

Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

Third-Party Platform Dependency: The Software may be designed to operate on or in conjunction with third-party platforms, including but not limited to TradingView, MetaTrader, thinkorswim, or other charting and brokerage platforms. FindBetterTrades does not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for any changes, outages, API modifications, policy updates, or discontinuations enacted by such platforms that may affect the functionality or performance of the Software.

Updates and Maintenance: FindBetterTrades is under no obligation to provide updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement or product description at the time of purchase. Any updates that are provided will be subject to these Terms of Service.

6. Risk Disclaimer

There is a high degree of risk involved in trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any information provided on FindBetterTrades.com is for educational purposes and should not be construed as financial or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any trade or strategy discussed.

All trading involves risk, including the loss of capital. FindBetterTrades is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from trading or relying on our information. You must assess the risks yourself or consult a licensed professional before making any investment decisions.

7. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. 9. Limitation of Liability

FindBetterTrades.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of investment opportunities, or trading losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought and even if FindBetterTrades was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of FindBetterTrades to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service exceed the amount you paid to FindBetterTrades in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

The following terms govern your participation in any SMS or text messaging program operated by FindBetterTrades (“SMS Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from FindBetterTrades, you agree to all terms in this section in addition to the general Terms of Service above.

11.1 Consent and Opt-In

At any time, a human representative may assume control of an AI-initiated conversation without prior notice.

Users agree that AI-generated responses are supplementary and that the user remains solely responsible for verifying any information received via SMS before taking any action, including any trading or investment decision.

You may opt out of AI-powered messaging at any time by replying STOP.

11.8 SMS Privacy Policy

Your mobile phone number and any information collected through the SMS Program will be handled in accordance with our general Privacy Policy and the following additional provisions:

Failure to notify us of a number change may result in messages being delivered to a reassigned number and constitutes a breach of these terms. FindBetterTrades is not liable for messages delivered to a reassigned number due to your failure to provide timely notification.

11.10 Quiet Hours

FindBetterTrades will not send promotional or marketing SMS messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone, in compliance with TCPA regulations and CTIA guidelines. Transactional messages (such as purchase confirmations) may be sent outside of these hours when directly related to a user-initiated action.

11.11 Content Restrictions

All messages sent through the SMS Program will comply with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) messaging guidelines and applicable carrier content policies, including restrictions on prohibited content categories. FindBetterTrades does not send messages containing content related to Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT) as defined by CTIA guidelines.

11.12 Disclaimer of Liability for SMS

FindBetterTrades shall not be liable for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in the content of any SMS messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network conditions beyond our control. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindBetterTrades, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service or any information, software, or materials obtained through the Service.

Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Any trading or investment decision you make based on information obtained through the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or, at the election of the claimant, remotely via videoconference.

You agree that arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for resolving any disputes with FindBetterTrades, and that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST FINDBETTERTRADES.

15.4 Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of such court.

16. Force Majeure

FindBetterTrades shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or orders, war or civil unrest, labor disputes, failure of third-party platforms or services (including but not limited to TradingView, MetaTrader, brokerage platforms, or hosting providers), internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, exchange closures, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.

During any such period of force majeure, FindBetterTrades’ obligations under these Terms shall be suspended to the extent affected by the event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.

17. Privacy and Data Usage

By using our Service, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used to provide and improve the Service and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

18. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, software, indicators, content, course materials, and documentation provided on FindBetterTrades.com are the intellectual property of FindBetterTrades unless otherwise noted. This includes but is not limited to proprietary trading algorithms, indicator logic, source code, educational curricula, graphic designs, and written content.
