Software and Course Products
When you purchase any software, indicators, or course from FindBetterTrades (collectively referred to as “Software” or “Course”), you will have 7 days from the date of purchase to review the product and request a cancellation or refund.
Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary software, which includes confidential code and materials, refunds are only available during this 7-day onboarding period. This period allows you to:
-Review the accompanying training and installation materials.
-Complete the setup and confirm the software’s compatibility with your system.
-Gain full access to the service and verify its functionality.
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests made beyond the 7-day window are not eligible, as access to proprietary content cannot be undone once it is delivered.
After the onboarding period, all purchases are considered final.
